Hi, I’m Priyanka!
My name is Priyanka and I am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I love challenging my body and exploring new areas of movement that push me to get stronger and feel more powerful. I truly find joy and passion in helping people around me get moving and train their body for the future.
Fueling your body is the most important part, and it’s a long journey to figure out what works best for you and your lifestyle. I like to encourage people to find balance in their day-to-day and find a sustainable plan that works for YOU.
The goal is to get movement in, reach your fitness and nutrition goals, and overall feel like the best version of yourself.
I have an engineering background, so I truly enjoy puzzling together different aspects of one’s life and figuring out ways to make them feel more confident and bloom into the person they envision themselves being.
I started off my fitness journey in a weight training class and I immediately felt so challenged and found myself working so hard to build my overall strength. Coming from a South Asian background, I grew up in the stigma that lifting weights makes you look bulky, and it wasn’t a form of exercise women were encouraged to do.
Weight lifting and exercising regularly was the first time I felt strong and powerful, and I loved the mental benefits that came with it. My fitness goals changed over time as I educated myself about training techniques and form.
Today, I train with a mix of bodybuilding, powerlifting, pilates, and cardio-focused routines to build holistic health.
My Approach
Every person has their own busy schedule with commitments, work, families, etc. It can be difficult making time or even figuring out how to get started. The hardest part is taking that first step towards your goals.
I work holistically to evaluate all aspects of your wellbeing and curating a plan that will work for you. I focus on working with clients to create sustainable goals that helps them train for life.
