Hi, I’m priyanka, Founder of Bloom Fitness

I am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I started Bloom Fitness with one goal in mind: to help women build strength, confidence, and lasting health, no matter their age or experience level.

Like many women, I grew up surrounded by misconceptions about fitness: endless cardio, restrictive diets, and the belief that lifting weights makes you bulky. Over time, I realized how damaging those ideas can be, especially as women move through different stages of life.

Through Bloom Fitness, I want to change that narrative. Strength training is not just about physical results. It is about creating freedom, confidence, and control over your health.

From Engineering to Empowerment

Before becoming a coach, I worked in engineering. That background taught me how to think critically, analyze systems, and problem-solve effectively. I bring that same thoughtful, evidence-based mindset into my approach to fitness.

Every program I design is intentional, structured, and created to deliver lasting results. Whether you are learning to lift for the first time, rebuilding your strength in your 40s, or maintaining vitality after menopause, your journey should feel clear, achievable, and backed by science.

The Bloom Fitness Experience

Bloom Fitness offers two coaching paths that support women at every stage of their fitness journey.

  • The StrongHER Method: One-on-one personalized coaching for women who want full customization, accountability, and individualized support.

  • The StrongHER Collective: Group programs that bring women together in structured training experiences focused on strength, consistency, and community.
