I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I founded Bloom Fitness to help women become the strongest, most confident version of themselves.
With a background in engineering and a passion for strength training, I take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to fitness. I know how challenging it can be to balance work, family, and self-care, which is why I focus on making movement simple, sustainable, and empowering.
